[摘要]腋臭是临床常见疾病，其本身对机体没有直接危害，但由于其产生刺鼻难闻的气味，对患者日常交往产生影响，严重者会产生一定程度的心理障碍。腋臭的病因及发病机制目前尚不完全明确，本文就目前研究中提示的可能相关因素，如腋部汗腺、微生物、气味分子、载脂蛋白D、ABCC11基因等及其相互之间的联系进行综述。
